This document brings together all policy briefs developed within the CARDIMED project, including those from each demonstration site (DEMOs), the cross-cutting policy recommendations, and a dedicated brief with guiding questions to support transformative thinking. It offers a rich overview of region-specific barriers and enablers, while promoting shared strategies for mainstreaming Nature-based Solutions across the Mediterranean. Designed as a practical and reflective tool, it supports policymakers and stakeholders in navigating institutional challenges and fostering climate-resilient pathways.
