IzBelcom (former name of IzDoga Company), founded by Izmir Metropolitan Municipality in 1986, continues to produce nature-friendly projects for Izmir under the name IzDoğa as of 2021. IzDoga; It also includes the Izmir Planning Agency (IZPA), IzDoga Tourism Agency, Şaşal Water Factory and IzDönüsüm facility. IzDoğa, whose purpose of establishment was to prevent and eliminate excessive pollution in the Gulf of Izmir; It has expanded its fields of activity by adopting many missions such as designing a circular city and developing and improving the bond between nature and the city. İzDoğa provides many services such as surveys, projects and consultancy by encouraging circular urbanization in parallel with the 'cyclical culture' vision of Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.
